Libertyville Fire Department along with Lake Forest Ambulance was dispatched to I-94 northbound north of route 176 for a report of a 10-50 PI pick up truck V.S Motorcycle. Libertyville Deputy Chief was first on scene and due to the injuries requsted Flight For Life to the scene. I pulled up right after the dispatch i was on my way to a fire in North Chicago when i came upon this accident also you see in the picture you see two military medics that were there before me and also heading south bound was Battalion Chief Henby From Gurnee FireWho Also Helped on the scene before Libertyville Arrived.
